What is business coaching?
Business Coaching is no different than any other coaching such as a sports or relationship coach. Like any form of coaching, business coaching allows a person to draw on the experience of someone who has “been there, done that”. A good business coach can help a business grow by creating and following a structured plan to achieve set goals. Business coaching is not the same as mentoring; a business coach will often act as a mentor given that they have the expertise and experience, but mentoring is not a form of business coaching.
