Louie, raised in Euston (NSW), completed his VCE at Robinvale Secondary College in 2006, receiving the Euston Bowling and Recreation Club Dux Award for achieving the highest ENTER result.

Louie then went on to undertake a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Melbourne, maintaining a Distinction average on the way to graduating in 2009.

Louie joined the team at SCBA as an Accountant in February 2010. where he is developing his knowledge in tax compliance matters. He is currently in the second half of the professional level of his CPA studies.
 
Louie is a die-hard Carlton follower in the AFL,. He currently plays for  Euston in the Millewa Football League and, can occasionally be heard calling the Sunraysia Football League action alongside Bill Sauer on Sunraysia Hot FM.  Louie enjoys spending quality time with family and close friends.
